This month in M3 (Mercato’s Meatball of the Month), they decided to make a pepperoni pizza ball with a zesty pizza sauce – sounds like some good drunk eats to me.
My pizza balls were placed over a tomato risotto because I thought that would work really well with the sauce. However, I was not entirely thrilled with the balls. They almost seemed overcooked and dry with an overwhelming pepperoni flavor. But, if you’re into all that, then maybe you’ll be a huge fan of these. Love the vision and the creativity!
