Wine? Coffee? Cats?? Colony Cafe has it all!
Now, I will say that I didn’t have anything to eat, so there’s not much to add to this post. But I loved it so much I just had to tell all you yinzers about it. Since I didn’t have any food and it was early afternoon, I decided to go for an Irish coffee with a side of cats:
The atmosphere of this cafe, located right past 12th street on Penn Ave in the Strip, was really relaxed. Also the staff was very welcoming – especially the lady helping the cats! While I had an hour to sip my drink and play with cats, the ‘cat handler’ told us that 10 cats have been adopted in their month of business – that’s so awesome!
So if you need somewhere to relax, play with cats (or even adopt them), have a good drink, or eat some cool food, this may be your new hangout – I’m looking at you crazy cat peeps.
PRO TIP: since they’ve only been open for a month now, be sure to make a reservation in advance to hangout with the cats!
